Equipment outline
In order to allow as many people as possible to make effective use of the facilities, VJCC Ho Chi Minh offers room rentals during times when the facilities are not being used for VJCC activities. We also rent out various equipment such as projectors, laptops, and microphone sets, so please feel free to use the facilities at VJCC Ho Chi Minh according to your needs.

Room Type Introduction
Tokyo room (57 square meters, 40 people/room)
Each classroom-style room is approximately 57 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 40 people. The three rooms can be connected together to expand the classroom (maximum 171 square meters, accommodating 120 people).
Osaka room (57 square meters, 40 people/room)
Each classroom-style room is approximately 57 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 40 people. There are two rooms, which can be connected to expand the classroom (maximum 114 square meters, accommodating 80 people).
Kyushu room (76 square meters, 50 people)
Classroom-style, approximately 76 square meters, accommodating a maximum of 50 people.
Nagoya room 1 (68 square meters, 50 people/room)
Classroom-style, approximately 68 square meters, accommodating a maximum of 50 people. Can be connected to Nagoya Room 2.
Nagoya Room 2 (72 square meters, 50 people/room)
Classroom-style, approximately 72 square meters, accommodating up to 50 people. Can be connected to Nagoya Room 1.
Kyoto room (24 square meters, 15 people)
Classroom-style, approximately 24 square meters, accommodating a maximum of 15 people.

Closed on weekends, Vietnamese holidays, etc. If you would like to use the facility on a closed day, please contact us individually.
(Note)When VJCC provides support for the holding of seminars, workshops, etc., a 30% administration fee will be charged on each fee.
